Meditation Morning | 6.22.26

What makes me curious about committing to a daily meditation and journaling practice? I want to notice. I want to see if beginning my day this way helps me settle into it with a little more calm. I want to become more aware of my body and discover whether grounding myself in the present moment carries through the day.

5:02–5:07 a.m.

What I noticed: Tightness in my body. Maybe it’s just because it’s morning. I felt myself begin to settle in for a moment, and then my mind immediately chimed in: “I think this is meditating!” Ha! Irritating narrator 😉
