Overview: Mondays have turned into a circus lately, and it’s all about Aries. Monday, March 25th? We had the Libra Full Moon Eclipse, opposite Aries. Monday, April 1st? Hit us with an Aries Mercury Retrograde—classic. And just when you think it couldn’t get any wilder, boom! Monday, April 8th? New Moon Solar Eclipse in, you guessed it, Aries. So many planets are in Aries, too, it’s like the sky’s decided to throw its own eclipse viewing party – the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, North Node, and Chiron are all there.
New Moon Solar Eclipse at 19 degrees Aries: This eclipse season is occurring in Aries and Libra, the war & peace axis of the astrological wheel. The April 8th eclipse in Aries is a tight squeeze (conjunction) between the sun AND Chiron. Chiron represents the wounds that require healing in this lifetime. Chiron in Aries? Hello war wounds. While doomsday scenarios may tempt us, they serve no purpose. Instead, this eclipse urges the world to approach conflict resolution differently. What can we do individually? We hold the reins to shape our reality. By anchoring ourselves in goodness and gratitude, we counterbalance the eclipse’s intensity. Let’s infuse the North Node, our beacon for where we’re headed in this lifetime, with an abundance of positive energy.
Saturn & Mars Kiss: If the eclipse drama wasn’t enough, we’ve got Mars and Saturn locking lips this week at 14 degrees Pisces. I usually stick to one astrological event per week, but this one’s too juicy to ignore. When cold, grumpy, taskmaster Saturn teams up with troublemaker Mars, you can bet it’s gonna stir up some trouble in the area of your chart where these planets are cozying up. Awareness is everything!
