About
I used to think yoga was something you went to—a class, a studio, an hour on a mat. A workout. A flexibility competition. I was so wrong.
I’m still not that flexible.
Yoga is so much more. It’s something I live.
A way of moving through the world with a little more breath, a little more awareness, and a little more ease.
These days, yoga shows up in simple places—morning light, bare feet in the kitchen, quiet walks, slow exhales, time on the mat, and the in-between moments most people overlook.
This space is a reflection of that rhythm.
A blend of yoga, mindful living, and a softer, more intentional way of being in the world.
You’ll find thoughts on presence, simple rituals, slowing down, and creating a life with less noise, more meaning, and a little more beauty.
I’m not here to perfect anything—just to pay attention.
And to share what I notice along the way.
If you’re seeking a simpler, more beautiful life, you’re in the right place.
Welcome to The Minimalist Boho Yogi.

FAQs
Why did you start this blog? Everywhere we look, social media feeds are flooded with ads, and it’s overwhelming. I created this blog to cut through the noise and bring you my tried-and-true favorites—honest recommendations that make life simpler, more beautiful, and clutter-free.
Where you from? Grew up in Wisconsin. Still a lover of a cold beer. Phoenix has been my home for over half my life now. It’s home.
Husband and kids? Yes! We celebrated our 20 year anniversary in June of 2024. 3 kids ranging from college age to middle school.
Mantra? To enjoy every day and truly live, whether it’s a simple day spent at home or a bucket list travel destination. Life is meant for living, no matter where my feet are planted.
What challenges you? Letting go. I love my little nest with all my kids here. But the nest is changing and when they are away worry sets in. Learning to trust our separate paths is hard, but I’m finding new ways to show them love from afar.
Live in Phoenix/Scottsdale?
I’d love for you to join me on the mat. I teach weekly yoga at the beautiful Phoenician Resort, my classes are a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re new to yoga or returning after a break, come as you are — together, we’ll find presence in every movement and every pause.
