What are the benefits of sunlight, so many. Here’s what you need to do to start drinking it in.

Start each morning with the sunrise. Go outside and face East. The early morning red rays, get those in your eyes. Do not wear any contacts or glasses. Wear as little clothing to stay warm or not get arrested 😉

Sunset. Same thing, except face West.

Rinse and repeat. Every day.

Do this if its cloudy, if you can directly see the sunrise/sunset. Do it.

Better still. Walk. Hike. Run. to the morning, setting sun.
